Key Personnel - ResCo Services

Craig Ransley - Non-Executive Chairman

Craig Ransley is the founder of ResCo Services with a proven track record in human resources. In 1999, Craig identified the need for a human resources company specialising in highly skilled labour, placements and general resourcing of the human and maintenance requirements to these specialist industries. Craig began operating initially as Hydro services, located in Tasmania, contracting to Aurora Energy providing overhead vegetation line and easement clearing services before the company grew into The TESA Group Pty Ltd. Recognising its strong presence in the black coal industry, SKILLED Group purchased TESA in 2006 for $61.9m in cash. At that time, TESA had revenue of $165m and EBITDA of $8.5m.

Craig previously had an 8-year career in the Royal Australian Navy, as a qualified fitter and machinist, and now leads a progressive client orientated company focused on providing service solutions to its Australia-wide clientele.

Andrew Poole lives in Newcastle and is a Director of Inter-K Pty Ltd and Baseball NSW. From 1998 to 2005 Andrew was the CFO and Company Secretary of Bradken Ltd, an ASX 200 company that listed through an IPO in August 2004. During this period with Bradken Andrew was a major player in the transition of the business from a subsidiary of a major Public Company through ownership by Private Equity to ultimately a successful IPO. Prior to joining the Bradken business Andrew held various senior Finance positions within the ANI and BHP organisations.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Newcastle and a Master of Business Administration from the Edinburgh Business School. He is a Fellow of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants.
